SANANBIO Showcased Modular Indoor Seedling Production at Xiamen Fair in 2020

SANANBIO introduced its multilayer indoor seedling-production system at the September 2020 China International Fair for Investment and Trade in Xiamen.

SANANBIO reported on September 8, 2020 that it had presented an indoor plant-factory seedling solution at the China International Fair for Investment and Trade in Xiamen. The display emphasized multilayer propagation systems integrating LED lighting, irrigation and environmental controls.

According to the company’s technical description, a standard module occupied around 4.68 square meters and could accommodate 100 conventional plug trays. The same report stated that a batch could raise more than 10,000 seedlings under the described arrangement, although actual capacity depends on tray cell count, crop species and cultivation protocol.

SANANBIO described cultivation recipes and crop-specific propagation-cycle estimates, including cucumber, pepper and tomato seedlings. These comparisons were supplied by the company and should not be treated as independent evidence that every greenhouse operation will achieve the same time savings.

The display demonstrated an application beyond harvest-ready leafy greens: producing uniform transplants for greenhouse or field agriculture. This 2020 exhibition record should not be mistaken for a newly launched product in 2026. Source: SANANBIO, September 8, 2020.
