Agroz Adds a Malaysian Produce Offtake Partnership Beyond Indoor Farming
Agroz announced an offtake agreement with Harvest Hive, combining conventional highland vegetable sourcing with an indoor-farming distribution business.
VerticalFarmDaily reported on September 10, 2026 that Agroz Inc. had signed a multi-year fresh-produce supply and offtake agreement with Harvest Hive Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. The agreement covers highland vegetables aggregated from commercial farming operations in the Cameron Highlands.
Harvest Hive was described as coordinating growers across more than 500 acres of farmland. Under the agreement, Harvest Hive supplies produce and Agroz distributes it through retail, commercial and institutional channels. The acreage concerns Harvest Hive’s conventional farming network, not the floor area of an Agroz vertical farm.
This is a commercial supply-chain development, not an announcement of an additional SANANBIO installation. It is nevertheless relevant to indoor agriculture because it illustrates how vertical farm operators may extend their market presence by combining controlled-environment output with other reliable sources of fresh produce.
